This is a rare opportunity, to become the first Developer for a Swiss company in Slovenia. The company’s plan is to hire a development team in Slovenia, and an experienced Fullstack Developer (m/f) is a first step.
We are searching for an experienced Fullstack developer (m/f) for our client, who will join the Slovenian team and will work on their products and help to expand the development team.
Our client a Swiss fin-tech provider of compliance and client management solutions. They serve more than 500 clients, primarily within financial services and are a market leader in their niche in Switzerland (e.g. crypto banks in Switzerland are some of their clients).
What will your daily tasks look like?

Working on the maintenance and development of the desktop application and later on the web application.

First working on maintaining the application and when you will master the application and get familiar with the code (estimated time: three to six months), you will start working on new features development.

Short term plan for their SW development is to set up CI/CD processes, thus experience with dockerization is highly appreciated as this will also be one of the main responsibilities of the Slovenian team with the final goal to to be able to deploy two to three times per day.

Help with hiring and mentoring new developers.
What you need to apply?

At least five years of production experience as a developer.

Experience with C#, .NET.

Excellent knowledge of Web technologies (JavaScript, CSS, and HTML).

Knowledge of MS SQL database.

Knowledge of containerization e.g. Docker.

Proficiency in business English.
Even better, if you have:

Experience with front-end framework (Angular or Rect, ideally with Vue.js,) and Blazor.

Knowledge of WCF, WPF, SOAP, REST, IIS, VB.net.

Experience with working with Agile development (SCRUM).

Knowledge of test-driven development.

Experience in System Integration with 3rd party solutions.

Experience with the use of Git.

Knowledge of German language.
