We founded the company with the BusinessClass program and the vision to find exceptional talents and help them on the path to a successful career. Since then, we have successfully empowered four generations of young people. We are proud of all our participants, their successes, and the companies that gave them the opportunity for career and personal development. Soon, at the request of our clients, we also launched FirstClass™, a company for finding and selecting managerial and demanding professional profiles.

Despite major obstacles in the information technology market and the lack of IT profiles, we accepted the challenge and additionally launched ITClass. ITClass consists of a team of HR consultants specializing in the search and selection of demanding IT professionals. Our business is actively expanding across the borders of Slovenia. The main priority is our candidates, so we want to provide them with a diverse selection of a wide range of different career opportunities. At the same time, we help our clients reach competent new employees in the shortest possible time. Our guideline is to exceed the expectations of both candidates and clients. That's why we always put people first, introduce new approaches, we look for the best solutions and close even the most demanding positions.

With FirstClass M&A which was founded in 2022, we help fast-growing companies and investors in the purchase and sale of companies/teams with the aim of re-employing IT and other demanding professional profiles (acqui-hire).
